Sales Policy:



We make every effort to be sure the prices on our site are correct!


That said, with thousands of items from scores of different manufacturers, mistakes can happen. If there is a difference between the price on our site and the correct price of an item, and the correct price is lower, we will ship and charge you the lower price. If however, the correct price is higher than what is shown, we will contact you before proceeding. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Payment Policy:
ZGC accepts Discover, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Pay Pal and Bank Wire Transfers. We can not accept C.O.D.s. Please note that paying by Personal checks, Certified checks, Money Orders or other financial instruments may delay the shipment of your order 2 – 4 weeks while we wait for the payment to clear.

ZGC, Inc. is now registered in the state of Florida. Effective July 1, 2015, all orders shipped within or to Florida will be subject to State Sales & Use Tax. Please contact our office for questions or details: 973-335-4460.

We will be happy to consider extending credit terms to the following:

Return/Refund Policy:

At ZGC, Inc. your satisfaction is our priority. In the event you decide to cancel or return your order, simply follow the guidelines below:

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase in new condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.

  1. Call ZGC and obtain an Authorized Return Number.
  2. Pack the item securely in the item’s original packaging. Software must be unopened and warranty cards must be blank.
  3. Include the Authorized Return Number on or in the shipping box.
  4. Ship by traceable method only (examples: UPS, FedEx). Return shipping charges are not refundable.
  5. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund to process (after return is received).


Cancellation Policy:

We will contact you approximately 60 days in advance to confirm that you will accept delivery of your Cooke Optics order. If you decide to cancel your order, the deadline is 45 days prior to the confirmed delivery date. If cancellation occurs within 30 to 45 days of the confirmed delivery date, refunds will be subject to a restocking fee.


Cancellation of orders that require advanced deposit will be refunded directly to the financial institution in accordance with the original payment method.


Refunds for advanced deposits paid by credit card will be subject to a 5% credit card processing fee, along with any appropriate shipping and/or restocking fees.


Special Order Items:

The purchase price of special order items is refundable only if returned to ZGC with an Authorized Return Number within 5 days of purchase. Orders will be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.


Defective Items:

Defective items may be repaired or exchanged for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model, at the manufacturer's discretion. Depending on the product in question, you may need to contact the manufacturer directly due to their warranty. If needed, we are happy to help you with the process. Our goal is to get you up and running as quickly as possible!


Simple But Worth Saying:

Be sure the equipment is in good working order before your production deadline. When you receive a shipment from us, check the box and the product when it arrives. If you see obvious damage, you may want to refuse the delivery; otherwise it could affect your claim against the carrier later.


Even if the shipping box looks okay, open it without delay to be absolutely sure that nothing was damaged in shipment. If it was damaged, call us right away. Be sure that any warranty items are in good working order right out of the manufacturer's packaging. If you wait too long before turning on that camera for the first time, it tends to look like the equipment was damaged rather than being a manufacturer's defect.


Privacy and Security:

ZGC respects your privacy. We do not store your credit card information for on-line orders. All information collected on our website is on a secure server and will be kept strictly confidential. We will never sell, disclose, rent, or loan your information.
